The District of Tobique Valley will be having a ceremony to commemorate the renaming of the Plaster Rock Ballfield on Friday, July 19, beginning at 2 pm. During the ceremony, the ballfield will be renamed The Vincent Shields Memorial Field. There will also be speeches from the mayor and Vincent's family along with a BBQ.
